Join us daily for seasonal dishes, relaxed brunches, local ales, 2 4 1 cocktails, and one of the best Sunday lunches near Helmsley. As a dog-friendly restaurant near the North York Moors, The Dome is the perfect place to stop for brunch, lunch, dinner, or drinks after exploring the countryside.

Served daily from 10am–12pm. Enjoy a relaxed start to your day with a selection of freshly prepared dishes, great coffee, and a welcoming atmosphere

Served from 12pm–3pm, Enjoy everything from fresh salads and sandwiches to something a little more hearty. Our dishes are made using locally sourced ingredients

Sunday Lunch

Join us for a traditional Sunday Roast, served 12pm–4pm every Sunday. Enjoy hearty roast dinners with all the trimmings, with children’s options as well as gluten-free and vegan choices available.

Dessert & Hot Drink

Indulge in our selection of desserts and hot drinks, perfect for a sweet treat or a relaxed coffee break. Gluten-free and vegan options are available. Available Tuesday – Saturday, from 12pm with last food orders at 9pm. Sunday from 12pm with last food orders at 4pm, and Monday from 10am – 3pm.

Wine Menu

From crisp, refreshing Sauvignon Blanc to rich, velvety Malbec and delicate, easy-drinking rosé, each wine has been selected to suit a range of palates and occasions. For moments that call for a touch of elegance, our Champagne and Prosecco offerings bring a celebratory sparkle to the table.

Afternoon Tea

Indulge in our homemade Yorkshire Afternoon Tea, a warm spread with freshly baked scones, delicate sandwiches, and delightful desserts. Relax in the warm atmosphere of our cosy restaurant, overlooking the natural spa, with the comforting aroma of Yorkshire tea. Available Monday-Saturday, open 12pm with last sitting at 4pm. 48 hours notice is needed for Afternoon Tea.

Children’s Menu

This menu offers a selection of tasty, family-friendly dishes for our younger guests. Gluten-free and vegan options are available. Available Monday – Saturday from 12pm, with last food orders at 9pm. On Sundays, we offer a special Children’s Sunday Lunch Menu, served 12pm – 4pm.

Pizza Night

Fancy pizza on a Friday night? We offer dine in, or takeaway pizzas every Friday from 5-8pm. Perfect for a cosy night in or to enjoy with friends and family at home. Why not make the most of your Friday with our 2 for 1 cocktails from 5-8pm? sip on your favourite cocktail whilst you wait for your pizza to cook! Takeaway Pizza is available Friday, 5pm-8pm.
